CANCELLATION POLICY
Out of respect for the time of both our team and our guests, we kindly ask that any appointment changes be made with at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the reserved service time. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the reserved service time. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from offering that time to other guests who may be waiting. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time.

With more than 10 years of experience, my career has allowed me to work backstage at New York Fashion Week and train in Germany to learn color analysis. I am passionate about dimensional color on long hair and love cutting thick texture, but also excel at fine hair, since mine is fine as well.
